Back in the 70s, having good guys and bad guys being vague was cooler. Now everyone does it, even when it shouldn't be like disney movies making the bad guy have a spin off as the hero.
In Vol 2 he shows up and invites Ryo Utsugi to see something cool after school(uh oh, this is how yaoi starts!) also he asks him about if he believes in devils and says some cryptids like Oni might be em and they might be among us. When Ryo implies he might be one, Sosuke laughs at the idea as Ryo is the son of Kosuke Utsugi and is close to God. After class Ryo goes to the Gym or w/e and sees Sosuke b0ning a man dead as he screams and spazzes out beating a guy dead with a kendo sword. Ryo tries to stop him but the guy turns into a daemon and Sosuke sez its good to wipe out the non human monsters from his blue and pure world(like the irish??). Ryo don't do much for the daemon tortured dead but feels for it as he knows killing the innocent is wrong (esp for the unborn) but Medusa shows up and shows Ryo his weird scientology past.

In The Reaper Police Arc, Mondo Saotome and Tatsuma Mido run afoul the Reaper Police lead by this dude calling himself The Grim Reaper wearing a skull mask like Rick in Splatterhouse. The Slum King sends The dragon and the Female Violence Jack comes in and f--ks with em before it devolves into a brutal slaughter like Go Nagai likes doing. So the Grim Phantom I mean Reaper is revealed to be Sosuke Oshiba and even when Jack busts off his head, he regenerates cuz hes dead or undead or something, I don't know, they don't really explain it. He wants to end Jack for killing his brother Soji who was a Yakuza who went around going Urotsukidoji SVU on Kanto and Sosuke Oshiba died but went on. So Jack gets him into a pocket dimension in a thing between the living and dead lands and kills him and beats up Mondo and Mido who got out alive with their bada55ery and wits and luck.
In here he's a huge musley guy with scars and a skull mask and under it is a skull face that's f'd out. He is kinda inhumanly light on his feet and can dance around like a Ninja in Shinobi and is skilled with a Katana. He's also smart and bada55 and can tell things like footprints as he's a man made before the 00s so he's allowed to be smart and skilled and cool without being turned queer. Kinda like Megatron or Xicor instead of losers like in todays shows like candya55 steven universe or thundercats roar.
