New Cutey Honey OVA 7 starts with f--kin Akira Fudo beating dead some guys in a WWF style ring and Scorpion asks if he wants to use his power for her but he jumps and nails her and man that's a skimpy outfit! its like some kinda p0rno! Then again, this is like a WWf or Fighting Game, so it works. So he tells her to release the hostages but her neck is snapped and she's not dead and sez its a waste for her to wack him.
After Honey Kisaragi and her pirate crew sneak into Con Island, these soldiers do the nazi salute for Scorpion and 1 guy has a comically oversized moustache like a silent movie villain in parodies of 20s films. Then on her throne rising up like in Metropolis in 1927, Scorpion comes out with Kanko Renau, Natsuko and Suzie Z as SM slaves in bikini's and chains and collars and man Go Nagai, you sure love that SM! so Scorpion sentences them to execution and sends out the best 3 Thug Hunters and the guy in the skull mask was in Violence Jack. If anyone one can beat em and live they can join her and be spared.
In the Ring, this black guy who i think might be a thing on Jim Mazinger, yeah i think its him, he's got the hair, snaps a guys neck in a headlock. Scorpion uses Roulette to choose the next guy and its Number 32 Shark Drake I mean Akakabu Hayami in Defence mode! so jimmy beats on him and Chokkei Hayami worries but Daiko reveals she 1st met him in a 1 on 1 duel and beat on him but he wouldn't stay down no matter how hard she hammer him, so his resilience won her over ands they fell in love and b0ned and made Banji Suke I mean Chokkei Hayami. in the ring, Akakabu grabs Jimmy and won't let go and can take a pounding so this big muscle dude with an eye patch comes in and slugs away Akakabu. Daiko jumps in the ring and sez they'd not let em go even if they won and he kicks Akakabu in the head and he flies out the ring then grabs Daiko by the neck and Chokkei calls for Honey.
In the ring, Daiko is being crushed and Danbei Hayami jumps in but is shock gunned by Scorpion. So Daiko is gonna snap but Honey comes in like Jushin Liger and kicks eyepatch off and sez shes Liger mask, which some subtitles say is Ryger but its clearly Liger, the REAL animal! Honey beats him out and I think Jim Mazinger is called Jack as Scorpion calls for him and he said something like that b4. Honey challenges Scorpion and she gets p-ssed and whips off her SS outfit with a b00b window like the chick in Prison School the guys j=rk off to. Honey recalls Akira telling her that Scorpion gets sick kicks from watching her men kill people and thats the whole reason she does this. Akira won't let get get away with it and sez no one exists to be killed.
Scorpion springs blades out her wrist and shoe and Honey sez "Tat's a foul" but Scorpion sez "getta referee" and slices at her with Honey's outfit taking damage and her mask came off. After seeing Honey's face, Scorpion wiggs out and Honey gives her forme rundown before becoming, Ai No Senshi, Kyuuuti Haani Sa! After a boot to the head, Chokkei is caught hostage again like he's Pan in DBGT but not as sexy and in a shock thing that shocks him if others get close. How'd he get in there?! Wouldn't he have said something if they were catching him.
In the control room to the shock tube, Akira comes in and the guards drop a metal gate on him but he lifts it cuz hes that bada55 and beats the guys not evolved enough to know how to use their guns and should not be used for selective breeding. So Akira turns off the shocker and Scorpion nearly j-zzed cutting honey's outfit a bit and has wrist blades like Cyclopsis in Power Rangers. Akira tells em on the PA he set the island to blow and opened the gate (f--kin dumba55! what if they can't get out?! What if the doors got stuck or caved in? This is like Kaiba setting his island to blow before the final round!). The swarm of inmates run over the guards firing at em and Danbei wakes up after Daiko went to him. Chokkei lets Natsuko out of her chains and gave her his shirt and when Honey tells Scorpion people ain't her playthings, she snaps like you told a nose ring tattooed chick or dude that africa and Mongolia owned more slaves than America and got possessed by Panther Zora.
Scorpion turns into a purple scorpion V R Troopers thing and fires out extendable hair tentacles like Seylos in Amon: The Apocalypse of Devilman and Honey evades em and shanks her in the thorax. She extends her head tentacles and strangles Honey for 1 more fetish and vows not to die but the fuse reaches the boxes and Zora Scorpion sez even if nuked she's come back and continue the game. Akira saves Honey and walks out the flaming wreck with her. Scorpion died and probably went to Hell for her lusts, murders and other sins she took pride in.
