She shows up in Cutie Honey Episode 25. After the Title a voice(Eagle Panther)promises to get Honey Kisaragi for Sister Jill. When the guy from Paradise School ate on a trip, they go by this weird a55 pink skies area and Eagle Panther uses X Ray Vision to see the main characters in the truck and flies down to the truck roof. Danbei Hayami notices something but Junpei Hayami checks the mirror and don't see jack sh-t and thinks it was a Crow. As they go over a bridge Eagle Panther uses a blast from her right wing to hit a waterfall and make it into a twister and bust the bridge the truck is on. The rope holding the cr-pmobile breaks like its made in india and Seiji Hayami holds it as the truck gets in a tunnel and Eagle Panther jumps away.
Honey sees they were followed and the truck stops in a creepy woods where Junpei whines his rise things got squished and Danbei wonders where Honey went. Histler tries the teens food and thinks Naojiro's fried potatoes are hard and that this is for home economics class. Honey offers rice balls with cod roe(Isn't that spurm?) pickled plums an bonito shavings and Miharu eats the roe like its fear factor and gives her 70 points for home eck and 140 if she eats another. Not giving Honey a choice she takes a rice ball but wind blows it off and she bites her fingers like a dumba55.
Wind blows and the sky has an eye and we hear laughs and Honey sez for Panther Claws to come out. Eagle Panther busts out of a tree(Was she in there the whole time?) and sez her name and she'd ice Honey, then blasts wind that blows people around. A wind attack nearly de heads Honey but she ducks and tells the rest to get down so it busts the tree behind her(inter kingdom violence!!). Eagle Panther goes in to finish but Honey nails her with a Hone Boomerang and jumps to Nude Henshin to Cutey Honey and grabs her eft wing mid air while holding her blade in her mouth. Eagle Panther starts to peck her (huh huh huh, u sed pecker) and bites Honey's left virgin arm They fall in the swamp and Eagle Panther gets out but Honey goes after her and slices her after a kick to the head.
Eagle Panther falls in the swamp and gets up laughing and sez Honey and the Hayami Klan will go to h=ll by her and she fires flaming feathers that torch the area and goes up in her own burning. They smoke makes the Hayami Klan cover their face and cough and Sister Jill shows up and throw a fireball at em. Then I think she died from a self immolating attack like those gaijin do in protest and wind up going to h-ll.

- Another bird chick is Sirene who's evil and busty and has powers and has bird feet but Sirene has ear wings not arm wings.
