I miss that 80s neon haze.
Deadlander Chapter ((Deddo Landaa Hen" (デッドランダー編)) is the 2nd OVA of Dream Dimension Hunter Fandora and came out in March 10, 1986, around when Hokuto No Ken and Robotech and G1 Transformers was happening.

Summary[]
After a recap with text scrolling on the bottom like Alien Soldier saying in Dimensional Year 2002 they invented Dimension Warp. This made crooks cross dimensions and Dimension Hunters started making a living hunting em. 1 was Fandora with the Red Jewel in her ship The Elk with her partner Que who went to Lem and you know what, it just retells the 1st ep with a 80 song playing. Jut read that episode page. So she and Que look for the Jewel of Endora that vanished in the Tides Of Time. Wait, that's Ecco The Dolphin. Vanished in the Dimensions.
Then we see Deadlander being sucked into a void and Sotho holding Fontane out of a ship taking off as the ground slits like with Noah's Flood but no water coming out. She falls and then we go to Yog Sogoth's hand with the Jewel reform him with bluish blood spilling out and remaking him. He sez The Jewel revived him and now he wants his home Deadlander and uses the Jewel on the vortex to have rocks poop out of it to remake it.
Then Title and we see Que and Fandora in a Robotech Jet gong after the h=llcats and not the Invid Inorganic, but chicks in sci fi uniformes. Fandora jumps out and uses her Jewel to Henshin and fight em as the throw knives at her but she blocks with Jewel Shield and uses the Jewel to blast the blonde in the womb. The other 2 run and blonde grabs Fandora so she don't get em. Que comes down with wrappings on his face saying he got a zit but really he devolved from her Jewel Light. Que sez she grew better at Jewel Wielding after Leimia bit it but they need the Blue Jewel and Que brings in blonde for the bounty.
In Deadlander the world rebuilds then we cut to Fandora swimming naked and Que sleeping in a sunny paradise. He sees her standing nude for the camera with her small butt and pink nips and she freaks out over him noticing her standing nude. She puts on blue undies and covers her t-ts with her clothes as the Robotech jet they are in starts moving but Que pulls a laser and blows out their ships tires and stops it. Que sez he Tranquilized her but when they get in they find her tied up but not like in SM like Go Nagai does and its a blonde boy trying to jack it to go to Deadlander. Que's gonna send the little c=ck sucker to jail but Fandora in a bra asks of Deadlander and Que sez its an extinct dimension.
At the HQ they got paid and not gaid and talk with Don Vans who sez Deadlander is coming back to life and Dimension crooks are flowing into it like spurm in a butt at the naked man parade. Fandora wants 2x the bounty as its dangerous with all the crooks there and should as for 5X then sez 3X and ignores Don and leaves telling Que to do the contract. Don tells Que Sotho's story is too convenient and something bad must be there for all the crooks to come,
Fantora, Que and Sotho take off in The Elk for Fueta to get bounty's and Que wants to charge Sotho as a passenger. Sotho has memories of teen Sotho with Fontaine and they go on a dimension warp as Fontaine ask Yog Sogoth why Sotho's a kid and is told it worked out this way and he'd grow up to do his will and be one with him. In Fueta Fandora and Sotho go to the beach and she sez she didn't think she'd be a dimension hunter and its cuz of the Jewel of Lupia that fights evil and gives her powers. Sotho wants to try it but she sez he'd be better with the Endora Jewel that they need to bring Dimension peace.
Then the area blows and the h=ll cats are there with dark hair holding Sotho and red with a beam dagger she attacks Fandora with. Fandora evades and slugs her but she pulls a whip and pulls Fandora in. Dark hair has a red beam dagger and Sotho bites her and runs as Fandora kicks down red Dark hair throws a blade in Sotho and Fandora checks him as dark hair comes at em but Que shreds her with gunfire in the ship, then the red head as she runs.
On an island Que sez dimension bandits hired by the h=llcats blew the base and they gotta hide out here. Que sez sorry for not acting sooner and getting their ship The Elk damaged and she sez its not his fault but she hopes they can treat Sotho. Que goes to fix the dimension warp to get Sotho to a med place (Like a hospital planet like Voltron or DBGT with thicc Pan in tight jeans?) and Deadlander. Sotho dreams of a forest paradise and Fontane and the dimension f==kin out and holding onto her as they rise but she fell and he calls to her and i real life calls to her to forgive him. Fandora puts the Jewel Head Thing on him and asks for it to help him.
Sotho dreams of a Shutendoji OVA 4 h=llscape or like that ep of the 90s Johnny Quest where Ezekiel Rage destroyed the world and they saw the future, A stone or plant thing was hit by lightning and turned into Sotho fully clothed somehow. A voice calling itself the god of the blue light sez his lover Fontaine in in Deadlander and he needs to find Fandora and get her there. Later its day and Sotho has grown up manly and hot and is ok as the Jewel Of Lupia saved him.
Fandora goes to tell Que who's been working on The Elk all night and Sotho hears from the voice to take the Jewel and steal the ship to Deadlander but he can't and Fandora and Que come by with Que worried they might b0ne. Sotho sez he has to go to Deadlander alone and can't bring her cuz of danger but she wants to go and its her assignment and they got paid for it. They take The Elk to Dimension Warp and he sez how he left his woman behind and she sacrificed herself out of love but might be there.
They get to Deadlander and its reformed with grass and water and rocks and looks how it was before the collapse according to Sotho.. Que sees a fake sun that devolves him a bit so he stays behind as Fandora and Sotho go on to a town on hover things. They go in an ancient palace and she sez dimension crooks gathered and outside it are a buncha guys in ropes like the Klan or something. In The Elk Que thinks how the Jewel Of Endora is involved and sez 1 2 question and turns into a bird to fly in the sky, soar up high.
In the palace Sotho thinks he saw Fontaine in the window and they go further in and he sees her and had flash backs. She sez she was waiting and had faith he'd return and he sez sorry for leaving him but she sez its an accident. He sez that's not true (Like diana and the needles and the poison drugs we see adds for getting money for being devolved by?) and now he's back its right. Fandora sez her job is done now that he's back and is gonna go but Fontaine sez Fandora's into Sotho and she's a maiden for the blue light god and is different so she brings em to the top of the palace. She sez the blue light god stopped the dimensional collapse but the power is at a limit and needs the red jewel to join the blue one and revive the dimension like the blue god prophecy. Sotho ants the Jewel and it won't work if she uses it and it must be Sotho. She trusts his honest eyes and evil can't use the Jewel and gives it to him.
Fontaine tells him to the words to repeat to ask the Jewel to save Deadlander and he flies in the sky, soars up high, as Que nears and the light turns him to a Dragon Mode GT. In the blue sun is Yog Sogoth who wants to combine with him as they are Yog Sotho Sogoth but Que comes in and knocks Yo Sogoth. Yog falls fingers 1st into Sotho to make holes in his face that Yog Sogoth has and in the castle Fontaine has the robed guys around Fandora. Yog Sogoth punches Que and fires finger blasts at him so he falls to Earth and sees Fandor is in danger and runs to her. Fandora evaded the Phantasy Star Klansmen attacks and they reveal themselves as dimension crooks and attack her.
Yog Sogoth sez to calm and be one with him and Sotho recalls how he dropped her when rocks his face making the scars and he freaked out not wanting to die and dropped her. Yogo Sogoth sez Sotho is to save Deadlander and they are one. On the palace Fandora has a gun and sword as she's not a dumba55 who goes in unarmed like in Destination Truth or 2001 A Space Odyssey. Also Que comes in on The Elk and opens fire on the morass of immorality but gets blown and Fontaine slices Fandora in the back like Shishimaru Tenoh and she falls.
Sotho somehow knows she's in danger and goes to help her but Yog Sogoth throws a spear at his red sphere but the Jewel Protected him. Que dogfights enemy ships and Fontaine reveals she did this for Sotho and herself and Deadlander and their savior Yog Sogoth, and has to end Fandora for him. Sotho comes in the Red Sphere and tries to stop her saying he let go and its his fault, but he's wounded and is sorry she got hurt. He comes out about being the remaining good of Yog Sogoth before the Jewel devolved him and Yog is gonna slag him to be pure evil. Fontaine cuts Sotho down and goes for Fandora but Qu flies The Elf by em and the ship chasing him blows and f==ks out the palace. Sotho holds Fontaine by 1 arm like before but blue lightening force comes down and slags em and Fandora is bummed.
A spear comes for her but Dragon Que GT blocks it and she uses the Red Jewel to Henshin and fights Yog Sogoth in the sky and an 80 song plays. They fight in some blue sky place and Yog Sogoth devolves into a goat demon and barfs fire on her but she cuts his neck with a thrown blade. The battle goes to space and he throws spears at her and blows a planet or asteroid or moon and she's blasted away as Que chases her in Dragon Mode AF. Yog Sogoth sees the Red Jewel is gone but he don't need it and none can stop him. Que gets Fandora on his back and flies with her in space or w/e and we get credits to an 80s song showing clips of background from the anime we saw.
