Chokkei as a teenager in the latter half of the OAV,
Chokkei Hayami is the son of Daiko Hayami and Akakabu Hayami and the grandson of Danbei Hayami in New Cutey Honey. He lives in Cosplay City and works for Mayor Light. He is deeply supportive of Honey Kisaragi and cares for her very much. Though, in later episodes, he starts to have a crush on the theif Natsuko. And though out the series, they stay by each other.
He's voiced by rica matsumo who was Megara in Kingdom Hearts, Nall In Lunar 2: Eternal Blue(The 1st game was beautiful. This one I wanna try), Shiringe in Bomberman Bidaman Bakugaiden, Witchy in Bomber Man & Bidaman Bakugaiden (Battle B Da Man? 0?), Misty in Bomberman Jetters, Kei in Dirty Pair Flash (Hot!!), Professor Barnett in Gravion Zwei(Dat Mizuki), Ash in Pokémon, Bakura in Yugioh and Futaba Aoi in You're Under Arrest.
